Honoring Deputy City Manager & Police Chief

Two men were honored today, Garland's new Deputy City Manager Mitch Bates and Police Chief Jeff Bryan. It was honor and quite humbling for the Garland Police Association Board to be included with local Chiefs, DPS Area Directors, and Federal Agents to show our gratitude toward these two leaders. The City of Garland has a very bright future.
